Melissa Momboisse (Marketing Associate) – a graduate of Santa Clara University’s Theatre Arts program, Melissa has been a part of the Bay Area theatre community for over a decade. She has a background in administrative and marketing work in corporate and non-profit settings. Melissa is a former entrepreneur and was the founder of Pure Barre Walnut Creek, a boutique fitness studio in Walnut Creek, CA, before selling the studio in 2018. In addition, Melissa has built over 50 websites as a freelance website designer for local artists, actors, and small businesses.
Melissa is also a performer and has appeared on stages throughout the Bay Area. She has performed in productions at San Francisco Opera, Hillbarn Theatre, Throckmorton Theatre, Contra Costa Musical Theatre, South Bay Musical Theatre, Foothill Music Theatre, Pacific Coast Repertory Theatre, and many more. In 2020, Melissa received a Bay Area Theatre Critics Circle nomination for “Featured Actress in a Musical” for her performance as Penny Lou Pingleton in Hairspray at Bay Area Musicals.
Melissa lives in the East Bay with her husband, Rick, and is excited to continue to celebrate & support the Bay Area theatre community onstage and off for many years to come.
