About PAP’s Annual Fundraising Gala:
Each Spring, our Annual Fundraising Gala brings together dedicated supporters for an unforgettable evening of live entertainment, dining, and community. Local businesses play a central role in making this event possible.
Interested in supporting our event? Here are some ways you can get involved:
Event Sponsorship – Put your company’s name front and center on one of PAP’s biggest nights. Gala sponsors receive recognition in event materials, digital promotions, and on-site signage, plus complimentary tickets to the event itself.
In-Kind Donations – From catering and wine to florals and décor, in-kind contributions help bring the evening to life. Every donation is acknowledged in our event program and across PAP’s marketing channels.
Auction Items – Our live and online auction is one of the gala’s most anticipated features. We welcome donations of experiences, products, services, and getaways, and all proceeds go directly back into the productions, artists, and programs that keep live theatre thriving in our community.

Your generosity, your spirit, and your devotion to live theatre mean the world to every single one of us at Palo Alto Players. It was an honor to celebrate with you, and we carry the memory of this enchanted evening with us as we look ahead to the magic still to come.
Thank you for joining us at the Palo Alto Players Happily Ever After Royal Ball! While the Ball may be over, the magic you helped create will endure long after the last dance.
If you still need to redeem any auction winnings or are looking to contribute to our 2026 Gala, please email [email protected]
Until next time… fare thee well!
