Renew Your Subscription

If you hold a 2024-25 season Flex subscription and wish to renew into the 2025-26 season, visit the private Flex renewal webpage link you received via email or contact the box office. Renewal discounts expire on 5/4/25 at 11:59pm.

How to Redeem for Seats

Once you’ve bought a flexible ticket subscription, you’re part of the Subscriber Family! Here’s how to claim reserved seats to a show online, available to Flex subscribers after the 2025-26 season priority booking period begins on 7/29/25 at 9:00 AM.

Sign in to your Palo Alto Players account with your email and password. If you can’t remember your account password, start with the “reset here” link at “Forgot your password?”.
While logged in to your account, click “TICKET SUBSCRIPTIONS” to check how many vouchers you have available.
Access the show of your choice from the home page or the SHOWS > season page
At the show page’s “GET TICKETS” calendar, click on the date you’d like to attend, then click the “Single Tickets” pop-down.
Choose the reserved seats you want to redeem against your subscription bundle and click the “Continue” button.
IMPORTANT: your reserved ticket must match your bundle type(s)!
1. At the next screen note the “Type” column showing the default ticket type. Click the window to change the ticket type to correspond to the type of bundle you bought (Adult, Senior/Educator, Youth (age 3-18)) and click “Continue.”
Proceed through other payment pathway pages, where you’ll choose how you’d like to receive your tickets.
As long as you’re logged in with your email on file with Palo Alto Players—and you choose ticket types that correspond with your bundle type—your remaining vouchers will automatically apply and discount the ticket(s) to $0*
Finish your transaction and enjoy the show!
1. To locate your e-tickets, search for the subject line “Your Palo Alto Players tickets are ready” from [email protected] or your ticket account under “E-TICKETS”. Print the tickets or display them on your phone, for scanned entry to the show.
2. If you choose will-call, printed tickets will be waiting for you at the theater ticket window starting one hour before the show begins.

*Tickets will continue to redeem against the number of remaining vouchers in your subscription. When no vouchers remain in your account, you’ll get 15% off regular ticket prices (does not apply to Preview performances) until the season for which you bought your bundle ends.
