Priority access to claim seats for all 2026-27 shows opens July 28, 2026, before single tickets go on sale to the public.
2026-27 Bundle Pricing
Each bundle contains 5 ticket vouchers:
- Adult: $250 ($50 per ticket)
- Senior (65+): $240 ($48 per ticket)
- Youth (under 18): $160 ($32 per ticket)

- Priority access starting July 28, 2026 — claim seats for all 2026-27 shows before single tickets go on sale
- Unlimited free date-to-date exchanges within the same production, or return your voucher to your account to use later in the current season — either option must be requested at least 48 hours before your original performance
- 15% off single tickets in ticket types different from your bundle — for example, an Adult bundle holder saves 15% on Senior and Youth single tickets throughout the 2026-27 season (excludes Pick-Your-Price Preview Fridays)
- Continued savings after your bundle is redeemed — 15% off any single ticket type for the remainder of the season (excludes Pick-Your-Price Preview Fridays)
- Invitations to exclusive subscriber events
Sign in to your Palo Alto Players account with your email and password. If you need to set a password, click the “reset here” link at “Forgot your password?”.
- While logged into your account, click TICKET SUBSCRIPTIONS to check how many vouchers you have available.
- Access the show of your choice from the Shows menu.
- Click a show’s MORE INFO button to see all available performances. Click BOOK NOW to choose seats.
- IMPORTANT: your reserved ticket must match your bundle type(s)!
- At the next screen, note the “Type” column showing the default ticket type. Click the window to change the ticket type to correspond to the type of bundle you bought (Adult, Senior/Educator, Youth (age 3-18)) and click Continue.
- Proceed through the remaining payment pages, where you’ll choose how you’d like to receive your tickets.
- As long as you’re logged in with your email on file with Palo Alto Players — and you choose ticket types that correspond with your bundle type — your remaining vouchers will automatically apply and discount the ticket(s) to $0.
- Finish your transaction and enjoy the show!
- To locate your e-tickets, search for the subject line “Your Palo Alto Players tickets are ready” from [email protected], or find them in your ticket account under E-TICKETS. Print the tickets or display them on your phone for scanned entry to the show.
- If you choose will-call, printed tickets will be waiting for you at the theater ticket window starting one hour before the show begins.

*Flex bundles expire at the end of the season, after the last performance day of the final June production. Any vouchers un-redeemed by that date will expire and do not roll over into the following season.
