All Palo Alto Players performers, crew, production staff and volunteers are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. While we strongly encourage all those who enter the building to be fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19, patrons are not required to show proof of vaccination or a negative test to attend our performances.

Masks are optional in the theater building. Performers will be unmasked during the performance.

*Other safety measures in place at the theater

The City of Palo Alto has upgraded the Lucie Stern Theater air filtration system with Merv-13 filters.

*What to bring to the theater

Every audience member must have a printed ticket or an E-ticket displayed on a mobile phone. Children under 5 are not admitted.

If you choose to receive your ticket electronically it will be attached to an email titled “Your Palo Alto Players tickets are ready”. *Assess your health on performance day

If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have recently been in close contact with anyone who has COVID-19, skip the show and contact us promptly by phone or email to exchange to a new performance date or request credit to see another upcoming show. We do not provide refunds on ticket sales.

Food and beverages are available for purchase. Patrons may not eat or drink inside the auditorium.

*Show cancellation or postponement

In the event of a cancellation that we are unable to substitute an alternative production, you will be offered a credit to your ticketing account, the opportunity to donate your ticket price back to Palo Alto Players, or a ticket refund.
