*Vaccination
All Palo Alto Players performers, crew, production staff and volunteers are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. While we strongly encourage all those who enter the building to be fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19, patrons are not required to show proof of vaccination or a negative test to attend our performances.
*Masks
Masks are optional in the theater building. Performers will be unmasked during the performance.
*Other safety measures in place at the theater
The City of Palo Alto has upgraded the Lucie Stern Theater air filtration system with Merv-13 filters.
*What to bring to the theater
Every audience member must have a printed ticket or an E-ticket displayed on a mobile phone. Children under 5 are not admitted.
If you choose to receive your ticket electronically it will be attached to an email titled “Your Palo Alto Players tickets are ready”. E-tickets can also be downloaded from your personal online account. If you choose will-call delivery, the ticket can be picked up at the box office window starting one hour before the performance.
*Assess your health on performance day
If you are experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms or have recently been in close contact with anyone who has COVID-19, skip the show and contact us promptly by phone or email to exchange to a new performance date or request credit to see another upcoming show. We do not provide refunds on ticket sales.
*Concessions
Food and beverages are available for purchase. Patrons may not eat or drink inside the auditorium.
*Show cancellation or postponement
In the event of a cancellation that we are unable to substitute an alternative production, you will be offered a credit to your ticketing account, the opportunity to donate your ticket price back to Palo Alto Players, or a ticket refund. If the performance is rescheduled, we will automatically exchange your ticket to the new date.
*Streaming shows
None of our 2022-2023 shows will be streamed.
